Refund policy

Please contact outlawstashrecords@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return or report a problem with your order. Include your order number and photos if an item is damaged, incorrect, or differs from its listed condition.

If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or not as described, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be returned in the condition received. Sealed items must remain sealed. The buyer pays return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refundable.

Please contact us before returning anything. We will provide return instructions privately.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
